My name is Nicki B. Reiss and I've always had a creative spirit which has helped me in my nearly 20 years experience in the culinary industry.
After I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in New York in 1998, I continued to learn my craft and hone my skills from top world-renowed chefs such as Daniel Boulud in New York and Jean Georges Vongerichten in both New York and the Bahamas.
I came back to the Los Angeles area in late 2001 which is my current home where I live with my loving husband and daughter.
